The Pecaplasty® system allows for simple, precise and reproducible correction of Hallux Valgus in percutaneous surgery. With its easy positioning on the foot, the Pecaplasty® Targeting Guide allows controlled translation of the metatarsal head and accurate K-wires placement.
Peca® screws are used to fix and stabilize the correction.

POSITION
the guide after a transverse osteotomy by inserting the paddle beneath the medial capsule.
TRANSLATE
the metatarsal head using the stabilization sleeve.
ADJUST
the arc around its center of rotation to allow K-Wires insertion. Insertion point must be as proximal as possible.
Aiming point is fixed, always 14 mm (1) from the paddle.
